I spent years in the trades: siding, handyman work, and twenty-plus years as a golf-course superintendent. I took every call myself. The customers loved it. It burned me out.

Something has changed since then. Customers now ask Google and ChatGPT who to call, and the middlemen (lead sellers, directories) are winning those answers instead of the people who actually do the work.

What we build here

An AI apprentice. It catches the calls you miss, helps you get found, answers the easy questions, keeps your paperwork straight, and you stay the boss. AI is a terrible master, but a great servant.

What this is not

It is not a hard sell, not get-rich-quick, and not plug-and-play-and-walk-away. It takes fifteen to thirty minutes, three evenings a week. You do not have to be a computer guy: if you can text a photo, you can do this.

Most of what I teach is free on YouTube. The Fixer School room is for doing it, with a plan, help, and other people doing the same work.
